Did you know former-rapper-turned-internet-personality Joe Budden has a podcast?
If you didn’t, don’t feel bad — we didn’t either until last night. His show is called ‘I’ll Name This Podcast Later,’ and on a recent episode he opened his mouth to speak on Meek Mill’s relationship with Nicki Minaj and how it conflicts with Meek’s public image.
He said:
“Part of my problem with that is that Meek’s music is too hard. Meek’s music is too hard for me to look at him with this fucking sappy fuck-shit. Be the hardcore guy that I’m sure she was attracted to at some point. It’s nasty. I hate everything about it.”
It wasn’t long before Meek Mill took to Joe’s playground (Twitter) and let him have it.
Nicki joined in and gave her Barbz even more ammunition:
Shoutout to Nicki for keeping her response classy. Truth be told, had Nicki and Meek not said anything there’s a good chance Joe’s comments would have gone unnoticed by most of the world.
