Omari Hardwick Under Fire for ‘Narcissistic’ Chadwick Boseman Tribute: ‘One of My Biggest Honors Was Being One of Your Biggest Competitors’

Omari Hardwick took to Instagram to pay his respects to the late Chadwick Boseman.

His choice of tribute, however, has caused a bit of a stir with people accusing Omari of making the moment about himself.

Omari began his tribute recalling one of their past interactions, but then his words took a different direction.

“One of my biggest honors was being one of your biggest competitors and an even bigger friend. You are HUGELY missed, but I got you next to me even more on the rest of this run,” he wrote.

Biggest competitors? No shade to Omari, but we don’t know about all of that.
