Since transitioning earlier this year, Caitlyn Jenner admits that her views on marriage equality have somewhat evolved.
The 65-year-old sat down with Ellen DeGeneres for an interview set to air on Tuesday (September 8) and discussed everything from her family to marriage equality.
Caitlyn, who is Republican, was initially opposed to same-sex marriage but has since changed her tune on the still hotly debated subject… at least somewhat.
“As time has gone on, I think like a lot of people on this issue have really changed their thinking here to ‘I don’t ever want to stand in front of anybody’s happiness,’ you know? That’s not my job. Okay. If that word ‘marriage’ is really, really that important to you, I can go with it.”
Hmmm. Doesn’t sound too convincing…
