Giants star Victor Cruz says he wants to try his hand at acting when he retires from the NFL.

“I want to really act,” he revealed at Cannes Lions. “So I am building up to that now so I can be in a place where I am really comfortable. I’ve done [the HBO series] ‘Ballers’ .?.?. I’ve done commercials .?.?. That’s all practice to get me where I want to be long term.”
Cruz added other players will follow. “You are going to see guys become actors .?.?. You are going to see guys become TV hosts. Michael Strahan is the template for everything now.”
