Less than 24 hours after VH1’s Sorority Girls received the boot (its remaining episodes are being released this Friday), another reality show has reportedly bitten the dust.
Say goodbye to LaTavia, Monifah, Syleena, Kameelah, Angie and Keke.
Fans of R&B Divas: Atlanta will be disappointed to learn that TV One has cancelled the series after three seasons.
Although TV One has yet to confirm its cancellation, cast members reportedly were told earlier this week that the show would not be returning for another season.
So why did R&B Divas: Atlanta receive the boot?
Rumor has it that Nicci Gilbert’s impending lawsuit against the R&B Divas spin-off show Hollywood Divas is to blame. If you recall, Todd Tucker (Real Housewives of Atlanta) produces Hollywood Divas.
Nicci insists that isn’t the case, but we’ll never truly know.
