Taraji P. Henson Opens Up About Her Relationship with Kelvin Hayden: ‘It’s Important for People to Know That I’m Happy’

It took some time, but Taraji P. Henson has finally opened up about about her relationship with Kelvin Williams.

Taraji was a guest on the “Yes, Girl!” podcast by Essence on Thursday and confirmed the long-running rumors that have been swirling around the internet for years.

“I’m happy in my personal life. Finally it has happened to me,” she said.

She continued,

“You know, I’m not the type to blast my personal business, but you know, I think that it’s important for people to know that I’m happy. I’m very, very happy. I just am. We’ve been together for two years.”

It’s no secret she and the former NFL cornerback are together, but it’s nice to hear Taraji finally reach a place in her relationship where she’s comfortable sharing it with her fans — especially considering Kevin doesn’t have the best reputation online.
