It looks like Giuliana Rancic’s apology to Zendaya just wasn’t enough for Kelly Osbourne — because Kelly made good on her word and has officially left E!’s Fashion Police.
After Giuliana made the “pachouli oil & weed” comment about Zendaya’s hair, Kelly came under fire from angry viewers and took to Twitter to attempt to clear her name — all while threatening to leave the show.
E! issued a statement regarding Kelly’s departure.
“Kelly Osbourne is departing E!s ‘Fashion Police’ to pursue other opportunities,” read the statement from E! network Friday afternoon. “We would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers. ‘Fashion Police’ will return, as scheduled, on Friday, March 30th at 9 p.m. and no decisions have been made on her replacement.”
The Oscars episode was Kelly’s last. She was NOT playing around.
