Raven-Symoné took to Instagram to absolve herself of a nasty rumor going around the Internet concerning her relationship with Bill Cosby.
As you know, Raven starred as Olivia on The Cosby Show back in the 80s, which prompted speculation that Bill Cosby may have preyed on her as a child.
A satire news site posted a story saying Raven filed molestation charges against Mr. Cosby in 1992, making Raven 5 or 6 years old at the time of the alleged incident.
Thankfully, Raven says that’s not the case. She posted the above photo along with the caption:
I was NOT taking [sic] advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the Cosby Show! I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!
We’re glad the story involving Raven turned out to be false.
