R Kelly is dropping his new album “Black Panties” on December 10 and wants you to have your own pair to drop too.
The Pied Piper of R&B is including a sexy pair of exclusive panties just in time for the holidays if you pre-order the deluxe bundle of ‘Black Panties” from the albums website before November 29.
The bundle also includes a download for a bonus track, “Lights On” which was on the original track listing but has since been removed.
