The Prince of Wales did not respond when a reporter requested a comment about the bombshell interview during his visit to the vaccine site located at the Jesus House in London Tuesday (March 8.) Where he appeared to only take photos with Black health-care workers and patients.

Prince Charles made a visit to a new vaccination site in England, but the images of him posing with several black people, put out by the palace, seems to be a response to claims of racism within the Royal Family.
The official Clarence House Instagram account posted several photos on Tuesday — just hours after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey — of Prince Charles, visiting a place called Jesus House.
In the photos, the Prince can be seen talking to several workers and patients — most of whom are black.
The caption reads, “Continuing Their Royal Highnesses’ work to encourage vaccine take-up, The Prince of Wales today visited @jesushouseuk in London, where a new NHS vaccine pop-up clinic has been put into action.
It continues, “The Prince previously visited Jesus House, together with The Duchess of Cornwall, in 2007 to celebrate the community work of Black Majority Churches.”
Of course, according to reports, people are questioning the timing and the optics of posing with black health care workers following the allegations. In other words, a PR stunt to show there is no racism inside the palace.
According to reports, Buckingham Palace is denying the visit was just about optics and getting the Prince posed with African-American health care workers. In fact, they are claiming the visit was scheduled over a week ago.
Of course, the argument can be made that the Royals knew about the Oprah interview in advance and may have been contacted for comment about allegations before the special would be aired.
Interestingly, a reporter at the event DID ask Charles about the Meghan and Harry interview, but he didn’t answer the question. At this point, the palace has not formally responded to the racism claims either.
Maybe it’s just a coincidence that this is Prince Charles’ first visit to Jesus House since 2007.
