Dr. Dre is celebrating in a big way!
The hip-hop mogul has officially sold Beats by Dre to Apple for $3.2 as we reported yesterday.
Last night, he partied with some friends — including Tyrese — and they posted a video on Facebook.
“They need to update the Forbes list. Shit just changed,” said Tyrese.
“In a big way,” added Dre. “The first billionaire in hip-hop right here from the motherfu**ing West Coast.”
According to Forbes, the deal puts Dre’s net worth to around $800 million, which is $100 million more than Diddy.

“This is BIG! This is Historical! If anyone deserves it, it’s you! Congratulations Dr. Dre!” wrote Diddy.
