It took long enough, but one of the women nearly decapitated (okay, this may be an exaggeration, but still) by R&B crooner Miguel at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards has finally decided to sue… two years later.
Cindy Tsai was cheering on Miguel during his performance when he leaped across a pit of fans and landed on her head. The moment immediately went viral, with hilarious memes like the following being created and circulated via social media.
Not only is Cindy suing Miguel, but she’s also suing the MGM Grand Hotel for negligence. Cindy hopes to receive damages to cover medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering.
