The True Blood hunk suited up for the January issue of BELLO magazine in which he professes his love and dedication to the gym.
‘There’s really nothing else on the planet – nothing that I’ve come across – that gives you as much back as you put in as the gym does,’ the 37-year-old star told the magazine.
‘There are so many things that are out of your control in this business, and I think in life in general. And one of the things that I really do have in my control is how hard, how much effort I put into the gym.’
He also uses the mag to promote his new book, Evolution: The Cutting Edge Guide to Breaking Down Walls and Building the Body You’ve Always Wanted. We haven’t been able to check out the book, but if it has a bunch of shirtless workout pictures inside, we’re totally here for it!
His extensive workout regimen has certainly paid off. One good episode of True Blood and you’ll see exactly what we mean!
