We knew that since Lady Gaga was back to making wacky appearances that it was only a matter of time before her new album era was set to kick off.
She surprised her ‘little monsters’ by announcing that her long-awaited new album, ARTPOP, is coming on November 11th. The album’s lead single is due out August 19th.
“The album ARTPOP musically mirrors Gaga’s creative process as she passes through the mediums of each artist she collaborates with, scoring a blueprint of her journey,” read the note.
She will also launch an app on September 1, the same day the album is available for pre-order. The app combines music, art, fashion, and technology and allows users to “share in the ‘adrenaline of fame’ as they build and share their own projects, chat with one another, and watch in real-time on a virtual globe.”
