Kim Kardashain and her beau Kanye West just purchased a brand new home in Bel Air for $11 million after selling Kim’s former home in Beverly Hills. Kim, who is pregnant with her first child, purchased the 8,662 square foot 5-bathroom, 7-bedroom Mediterranean estate on 3/4 of an acre.
Complete with a cathedral living room and stone fireplace, gourmet kitchen, swimming pool and hot tub. Kim’s new home also includes a wine caller, an elegant master suite and a library and the new pad is in a gated community, so no paparazzi or stalkers to worry about either.
Kim transferred ownership of her 4,000 square-foot gated Beverly Hills estate, which was frequently shown on her hit E! show, to an unknown buyer for an undisclosed price after back in January, an intruder showed up at the front gate of the house with a suitcase claiming he was staying with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. Kim publicly revealed after the scary incident that she wanted to move somewhere more secure.
