Apollo Nida has been ordered to report to federal prison on September 10th to kick off his 8-year long sentence.
He was convicted of fraud and identity theft back in July and has since been ordered to pay $1.9 million in restitution.
He’ll be turning himself in at the FMC Lexington prison in Lexington, Kentucky.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is currently filming, so there’s a chance we’ll see how things play out surrounding Apollo’s surrender when the show airs this Fall.
