It’s been six years since she released her last solo album The Sweet Escape, but with her new gig on The Voice — what better time to return to music?
Granted, Gwen hasn’t been totally absent from the industry — her band No Doubt released an album in 2012…but that’s not the point.
Produced by Ryan Tedder and Benny Blanco, “Baby Don’t Lie” puts Gwen right back in freshly familiar territory. It’s a little funky, it’s a little island-y, and it’s really catchy.
