The cast of ‘Being Mary Jane’ just got a little sexier.
A love muffin working on set exclusively revealed to lovebscott.com that Morris Chestnut has joined the ‘BMJ’ cast for the show’s two-hour series finale movie.
There’s no word on his character just yet, but we can only imagine how he’ll fit in alongside Gabrielle Union and Michael Ealy.

The ‘Being Mary Jane’ series finale was written by Patrik-Ian Polk (pictured below via Instagram) — who served as a producer on the 4th season of the show and is currently serving as the co-executive producer & showrunner.
Gabrielle Union took to Instagram a few days ago to share that filming for ‘Being Mary Jane’ is underway in Atlanta.
Earlier this year, it was reported that ‘Being Mary Jane’ will not return for a fifth season — but will instead end its run with a two-hour series finale film.
An air date has yet to be announced.
