The 2015 BET Honors are currently underway and Kanye West just left the stage after accepting his Visionary Award.
A Kanye speech wouldn’t be a Kanye speech without a little controversy — and while the whole speech hasn’t aired yet (the ceremony is being taped to air at a later date), it appears as though Kanye took a dig at his wife Kim Kardashian’s ‘broke’ exes.
In a brief clip posted to Instagram, Kanye is heard saying:
“You know, [they say] a white girl go’n go get a rich black dude. But, I wanna say that my wife has dated BROKE black dudes….”
Ouch. We wonder which ‘broke’ black dude Kanye’s referring to…? Just kidding. We ALL know he’s talking about Ray J.
