Ameriie is back with a new single, “What I Want” and it sure is funky.
The retro-sounding clip samples The Incredible Bongo Band’s “Apache” remake — by way of UK band The Shadow’s original 1960s instrumental.
This marks Ameriie’s first proper single since 2009. It’s said that she’s been hard at work on her fifth studio album album, Cymatika Vol. 1.
