Sherri Shepherd to Pay $4K a Month in Child Support for Unwanted Baby Born via Surrogate

Sherri Shepherd has agreed to pay $4,100 a month in child support for her unwanted baby born via surrogate. The hefty amount is set to increase when the child turns 13.

There is a catch, however.

According to TMZ, if Sherri pursues her fraud claim and is victorious, she’ll no longer have to pay child support.

If you recall, Sherri argued in court during her divorce proceedings that Lamar Sally swindled her into hiring a surrogate for the sole purpose of obtaining child support.

There’s more.

Sherri and Lamar have embryos in storage that Sherri wants destroyed. Luckily for Sherri, if Lamar decides to bring the embryos to term, Sherri will not have to pay child support. Sherri also gets to retain the rights to her upcoming show Funny Mothers.

This has more twists and turns than an episode of Scandal… from the fourth season! Good luck to everyone involved.
