Pharrell Williams appeared on CNN to speak on the situation in Ferguson and shared his thoughts on the death of Michael Brown.

He said:

“I’m disappointed. I’m disappointed in the way that it was handled from the government side. I think that officer should be punished because that was excessive force.”

He also blasted the media for choosing to highlight the rioting and looting as opposed to the hordes of peaceful protests.
