An NFL official has come out to deny US Weekly’s report that Lady Gaga will headline the Super Bowl LI halftime show.

Natalie Ravitz, the senior vice president of communications for the NFL is accusing the publication of “ignoring my on the record response.”

In an email to The Washington Post, Natalie added: “We have had conversations with several fantastic artists about the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show. However, at this point we do not have a final decision. We’re happy there is so much excitement about the show.”

We’re STILL holding out hope for Jennifer Lopez to get the gig.
