When Empire returns from its three-month hiatus in late March, Cookie Lyon (Taraji P. Henson) will have upgraded from a broom to a baseball bat.
In a new promo set to air during tomorrow’s Super Bowl, Cookie smashes up Empire Entertainment headquarters and passionately makes out with Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) to the soundtrack of Haddaway’s 1993 hit “What Is Love.”
