For those of you who may not have seen the trailer, the film is directed by Ridley Scott and features all-white actors as Egyptian Gods and kings. Christian Bale is playing Moses, Aaron Paul is playing Joshua, and Sigourney Weaver is in the role as Tuya.

The movie has been long blasted for its lack of diversity — especially considering the fact that Ancient Egyptians are historically (and biblically) people of color..Since Murdoch’s 20th Century Fox is responsible for the film’s distribution, Murdoch defended the film in a series of ridiculous tweets.
