Rumors were rampant late last year that Beyoncé and Jay Z were gearing up to release a joint album. In fact, the project was rumored to drop before the end of 2014.
Although that rumor did not pan out, producer Detail confirmed last night on the Grammys red carpet that he, Beyoncé and Jay Z are working on something slated for release this year.
“I’m working with a couple of new projects that I don’t want to unveil, and then me and Beyoncé and Jay Z are actually doing something together this year. When you think of Jay and Bey together, you think ‘album.’ You should already know.“
