Melissa Rivers has confirmed that Fashion Police will continue without her mother, the late Joan Rivers.
“Yes, Fashion Police will continue,” said Melissa during the Fashion Police: Remembering Joan Rivers special. “We’re going to hit pause for a little while, but Fashion Police will be back in January.”
She went on to say, “I really want to thank all of the Joan Rangers for the outpouring of love and support, it has meant so much to Cooper and me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.”
Fashion Police will resume in January 2015 with coverage of the Golden Globes awards ceremony and red carpet.
E! did not say who would host the show, but they did say:
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of Joan Rivers and, for the last two weeks, have turned our attention to honoring her memory on all of our platforms. We have also thought long and hard about what Joan would have wanted as it pertains to the future of ‘Fashion Police.'”
