Lil Mo Slams Spike Lee for Refusing to Use Her Homegirl Chrisette Michele’s Song in His Netflix Series [Video]

Lil Mo is NOT happy with Spike Lee.

The singer took to her radio show to BLAST Spike for announcing his plans to drop Chrisette Michele’s “Black Girl Magic” song from his upcoming Netflix series due to her inauguration performance.

For a little backstory, Lil Mo and Chrisette were on ‘R&B Divas: L.A.’ together — so they’re cool.

In defense of her friend, Mo wrote:

“SPiKE LEE TRIED IT. He didn’t have to eem tweet what he tweeted. Keep that shit to ya self homie. What we not finna do is have open season on one female. And we NOT finna Keep letting these Weirdo actin black men disrespect black women and BULLY them and stop being extra cuz u in ya feelings. Some shit not eem cool or called for. There is a lack of respect in some of these deliveries. Be MAD but don’t be SLOPPY. So PLEASE Listen to my entertaining rant right fast as I proceed to let him have it since he tweeted that mess about @chrisettemichele !! Woo HOOOOO. You got the right one TUHDAY bruh ????????????”

You can peep her full post & rant below. We guess this means Lil Mo would’ve accepted that $250,000 to perform too.
