Janet Jackson will receive the first-ever Ultimate Icon: Music Dance Visual Award at this weekend’s BET Awards.
The ceremony takes place during the 15th annual show at the Microsoft (formerly Nokia) Theater in L.A. on Sunday, June 28th at 8pm.
Although not confirmed, it’s being rumored that Ciara, Chris Brown, and Tinashe will be performing in Janet’s honor. Ciara, Tinashe, and Jason Derulo will be the ones performing in Janet’s honor.
