Future Covers ‘Rolling Stone,’ Talks Ciara and His Career, but Refuses to Talk Desiigner

Future looks easy, breezy, (and beautiful?) on the cover of the latest issue of Rolling Stone.

Now, if you’ve heard Desiigner’s breakout rap smash “Panda,” we’re sure you noticed it sounds a LOT like a Future song. In fact, a lot of people still think it’s Future’s song and have no idea who Desiigner is.

Until now, Future hasn’t spoken on the comparisons — and even still, Future refuses to say his name. In his Rolling Stone cover story, he tells the journalist:

“I never worried about anyone else… I don’t even want his name in the article.”

Damn.

Despite not wanting to talk about Desiigner, he does open up about his failed relationship with Ciara and says that he never imagined their relationship taking a turn for the worse.

“I can’t even think about it. I never imagined my life would be like that: ‘I’m going to sue you and take away from you.'”

He added that he used the studio to help get through the heartbreak.

“I don’t know how to deal with something like that. All I know is record, record, record, record.”

After it’s all said and done, at the end of the day he just wants Ciara to be happy.

“Her being successful, her being happy, helps me… I’m attached to you. If you’re happy, I’m happy. You’re connected for life. I don’t want you to go through this shit and for it to come back on my son, my kid. I want you to be in the best situation.”
