The-Dream is officially married! He and his new wife tied the knot in a super private ceremony on Friday.
The-Dream, whose real name is Terius Nash, and his mystery bride were later spotted leaving a San Francisco courthouse shortly after their nuptials.
Terius took to Instagram to share a few photos from his big day, carefully shielding his new wife’s identity.
He captioned a photo of her:
“THE MRS. I LOVE YOU with my Whole Entire Heart and Spirit, God has blessed me in a Time where any man would feel overcome! God has restored my Heart!”
This is the third marriage for the hitmaker. His first was to Nivea back in 2004 and in 2009 he married Christina Milian in Las Vegas.
Milian sent well wishes to her ex on his big day, tweeting:
“Congratulations to a great friend and father! Love is in the air, may you both live in bliss from this day forward! You deserve it @thekingdream”
Marriage isn’t the only new project for The-Dream.
Since leaving Def Jam earlier this year he’s founded a new “designer and culture label” Contra-Paris, which was inspired by his love of the city.
Seems very Kanye/Donda-ish, no?
He writes:
“Before I have mentioned my adoration for Paris and also how our culture has impacted everything from Fashion to Jazz and now Modern Music,” he explained. “I have no wishes to build a Record Label, or pursue the old idea of what a record label is this Venture is all about Culture and everything that surrounds Music.”
He’s releasing a new EP under his new label called Royalty: The Prequel. The 8-track project will be available for download at 7pm today on Contra-Paris.com.
We can’t wait to hear what he’s come up with.
