Earlier today, the magazine ran a story with the headline: Ciara Talks About Motherhood and Life After Future Split: I’m Focused, “Very Happy”
While the interview may have taken place AFTER rumors of Ciara and Future ending their relationship went public, the way the Us Weekly framed the story made it seem like Ciara had opened up about their split — which isn’t the case.
Cici took to Twitter to put the magazine on blast for ‘manipulating’ her words.
Ciara tweeted:
As misconstrued as her words may have been, Ciara didn’t say that the magazine was totally wrong. Whatever the real story may be, it’s clear that things aren’t what they used to be between the once-inseparable couple.
