Sorry, Atlanta fans, but you’ll have to wait longer than expected for brand new episodes of the critically acclaimed series to air.
FX announced today during the Television Critics Association winter press tour that season two of Atlanta won’t premiere until 2018 due to Donald Glover’s production schedule (it was announced in October that Donald will play Lando Calrissian in an upcoming Star Wars film, so he’ll be busy filming for that).
Atlanta recently won Best Comedy Series at the 2017 Golden Globe Awards.
