There’s been a lot of chatter surrounding former Spice Girl Mel B.’s marriage to husband Stephen Belafonte.
After Mel appeared on X-Factor UK with several bruises, fans began to speculate that Stephen was responsible.
Neither one of them have spoken out publicly about the allegations, however Mel’s 15-year-old daughter Phoenix has defended her stepfather on Instagram.
Stephen posted the above photo of the two out and about doing some Christmas shopping. Fans used the photo as an opportunity to blast Stephen over the rumors, to which Phoenix simply told everyone to ‘chill’.
We don’t know what’s going on over in their household, but domestic abuse is a serious allegation. We certainly hope and pray that’s not the case.
