Danny Masterson has accused actress Leah Remini of masterminding the rape case against him.

Masterson, 45, is accused of raping three women in separate incidents at his Hollywood Hills home.
The wild accusations were made in legal documents wherein Masterson asked for more time to research his defense, according to TMZ.
Masterson alleges that Remini and her “religious bigotry” toward Scientology, an organization she left several years ago, is the real reason three women have accused Masterson of rapes committed between 2001 and 2003. Masterson even claims that Remini sat in on prosecutors’ interviews with the three women to coach them through their accusations.
The new filings were made after a L.A. judge ruled in March that Masterson appear back in court in May for a hearing that would include testimony.
The criminal cases against Masterson stem from lawsuits filed against Masterson and the Church of Scientology that alleged the actor and the organization covered up the assaults and “systematically stalk[ed]” and harassed them.
The actor pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he faces up to 45 years in prison. Leah Remini previously said of Danny Masterson’s rape case, “Finally, victims are being heard when it comes to Scientology! Praise the lord! This is just the beginning Scientology, your days of getting away with it is coming to an end.”
Back in 2019, the actress tackled sexual-assault allegations against members of her former church.
