'Foodgod' Jonathan Cheban Robbed at Gunpoint for $250,000 Watch

Jonathan Cheban, best friend of Kim Kardashian who legally changed his name to ‘Foodgod,’ was robbed at gunpoint in New Jersey on Sunday.

The thieves made off with a $250,000 watch.

The 46-year-old victim — who had “Foodgod” tattooed on his arm while Kardashian filmed it on Snapchat — told local police he had just arrived at his friend’s house around 8:30 p.m. in Englewood Cliffs when a guy approached him and the two people with him in the driveway and asked him for the time, authorities said.

One of the people with Foodgod was his mom, while the other was a friend, TMZ said.

The suspect then whipped out a silver semiautomatic handgun and pointed it at the trio, police said. At one point, the gun was trained on Foodgod’s mom’s head, TMZ said, citing the celebrity’s recounting to police.

The thug went for Foodgod’s pricey Richard Mille timepiece and forcibly removed it from his wrist, authorities said.

Foodgod suffered minor injuries in the scuffle, they said.

The gunman then fled on foot and met up with an accomplice before both men disappeared, officials said.

Foodgod worked with police to come up with a composite sketch of at least one of the suspects. Photos of the swiped watch were also released.

The gunman was described as in his 20s or 30s and wearing a purple shirt, jeans and white and gray sneakers, while his accomplice was heavy-set and had on a gray sweater, police said.

The incident was the second time Foodgod has been targeted over one of his ultra-expensive timepieces.

In 2013, he was eating lunch in Southampton on Long Island when he posted a photo of the watch he was wearing at the time — a Jacob & Co. diamond-encrusted Royal watch worth a cool $500,000.

Soon after, a guy came up to his table and tried to rip off the timepiece, a spy told Page Six at the time. A nearby security guard jumped into the fray, and the would-be thief fled without the watch.

A few years later, in 2016, Kardashian was robbed of millions of dollars worth of jewelry at gunpoint in a Paris hotel room —  prompting Foodgod to hire extra security during January’s Paris fashion week.

Considering this has happened to him before — and he witnessed firsthand the aftermath of what his BFF Kim went through — he should’ve known better.
