Charleston police are looking into a video that surfaced online showing a local police officer referencing the recent Emmanuel AME church massacre as a threat to intimidate a group of black kids.

In the clip, you hear several kids shouting various obscenities at the officer, including, “I will f*ck ya mama!” and “I’ll stick my foot up your mama’s a*s, b*tch a*s n*gga!”

From the video, it’s unclear what exactly caused the confrontation, but before the clip ends, you hear the officer threaten the children by saying, “Don’t go to church and get hurt!” before driving away.

A spokesman for the police department said the officer’s actions are under investigation.

“(We will) continue to demonstrate through both words and actions that we are here to provide safety, security and comfort to the families, church and community,” said the department spokesman, Charles Francis.
