Britney Spears’ steamy new video for “Make Me” was released on Friday — but fans want more.
As it turns out, the video that was released looks wildly different from the video that’s been teased over the last several weeks.
Famed photographer/director David LaChapelle was at the helm of the video for “Make Me …” Sources connected with LaChapelle tell TMZ Britney’s team rejected the video because they felt it was too sexy.
We got a very different story from our Britney sources. We’re told the team was extremely disappointed with the video because it was utterly disjointed … pointless with no story line.
Gotta say … when you watch a clip from the video, it’s hard to follow.
Britney’s people went to Randee St. Nicholas for another stab at the video, and this one has a clear beginning, middle and end.
A Change.org petition demanding Britney’s team to release the original video was launched on Friday and has garnered more than 9,600 signatures in less than 24 hours.
