'Basketball Wives' Star Jackie Christie Says She Never Refused to Help with Her Grandson's Medical Bills, She Just Was Never Asked

‘Basketball Wives’ star Jackie Christie says she did NOT refuse to pay for her grandson’s medical bills after the baby was badly burned in a daycare accident.

Things haven’t been looking too good for Jackie ever since her estranged daughter, Takari, set up a GoFundMe page asking for $3,000 in donations to help cover the cost of treatment for the 8-month year old.

Takari said she’s been suffering serious financial hardships and was having a hard time finding the money to get her daughter the medical treatment she needs.

Matt Barnes and Evelyn Lozada reportedly kicked in more than $3,000 each — but people are upset with Jackie, claiming she should have paid for everything in the first place.

Jackie tells TMZ Sports that Takari has cut HER off and never reached out for help in the first place. Had Takari called, Jackie says she would have been ‘more than willing’ to pay for anything.

Jackie also says she’s given Takari a ton of money over the years and she should be more than able to cover a $3,000 bill. She feels Takari went public with the GoFundMe to try to embarrass Jackie.

Mother-daughter relationships can be tricky. Do you think Jackie should have offered up the money anyway?
