“Oy vey,” Cohen, 52, began when a fan asked what he thought about the legal drama on Monday’s episode of “Radio Andy.”

He added, “I’m waiting to see how it plays out. I have nothing to add to what we already know, other than I certainly hope and pray that none of it is true.”

Cohen, who serves as an executive producer on the “Real Housewives” franchise, declined to say whether Shah’s fate on the show was in jeopardy, however.

Shah, 47, and her assistant Stuart Smith were arrested last week for allegedly ripping off victims in a telemarketing scam dating as far back as 2012 and as recently as March. The alleged scheme spanned six states and purportedly duped many elderly people.

They both pleaded not guilty to all charges, and their trial is set for October.

The reality star is currently free on a $1 million bond, but faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.

Shah, however, does not seem too fazed by the arrest, as she continues to repost fans’ supportive messages on social media.

She even wrote on her Instagram story, “Thank you for being loyal, believing in me and not believing the hype. This journey has showed me who my true friends are. All my love. #ShahSquad.”

But while Shah remains seemingly nonchalant over the situation, her “RHOSLC” co-star Heather Gay said she was “SHOOKETH” over the arrest and later admitted that it had “been quite a week.”

If convicted, both Jen and Stuart each face up to 50 years in prison.
