Kris Jenner scored an exclusive sit down with Kanye Wes for her new daytime talk show, Kris. The in-depth interview will air on Friday, but Kris has posted clips online.
In the clips, Kris and Kanye talk about his love for Kim Kardashian and their daughter North, losing his mother and more. Check out a few excerpts.
On Losing His Mother:
After I lost my mother, there were times I felt like I would put my life at risk. I felt like sometimes I didn’t have something to live for….and now I have two really special people to live for…a whole family to live for….a whole world to live for.
On Kim & North Being His Joy:
I can have people saying this is going to damage your credibility as an artist or a designer, and I say I don’t care, I love this woman. When the paparazzi surround you. People know you don’t like paparazzi & they’re like ‘Why would you be with this person?’
I’m being with this person because I love this person, and she’s worth it to me. My grandfather just passed and his whole thing, it was never about money for him. It was never about popularity. His whole thing was joy and having joy in his life. She’s my joy and she brought my joy into the world. There’s no paparazzi and there’s no blog comment that’s going to take that joy from me.
On his vision of Kim before they were together:
I just dreamed about being next to her and…I don’t know. I don’t want to start jumping up and down on the couch or anything.
