50-year-old Roger Pelletier was arrested on Friday night for allegedly trying to strangle his neighbor’s barking dog.
According to reports, he broke into an apartment and attempted to strangle the poor Shih Tzu (below).
The dog didn’t give up so easily and repeatedly bit the man as the owner found what was going on. The dog’s owner and Pelletier struggled until police came.
He’s been arrested and charged with burglary, cruelty to animals and simple assault. The dog is okay.
