TLC’s new show, Sex Sent Me to the ER features some pretty intense (and sometimes gruesome) sex mishaps.
During last night’s episode, a woman shared her story of having one of the most pleasurable orgasms of her life — until it lasted three hours and resulted in an emergency trip to the hospital.
Liz had just had sex with her partner Eric, but her orgasm lasted well outside of the time they both finished.
About an hour into her climax, Liz started to panic.
“I started hopping up and down to see if that would do anything,” Liz recalls on the show.
“I started trying to drink wine to see if that would calm down my system. I tried just about every possible thing I could do to stop having an orgasm.”
By the second hour, the two decided to rush to the hospital where medical staff thought she was in labor.
Liz’s orgasm lasted for over three hours before she finally found relief.
Eric recalled some of what was going through his mind during the ordeal:
‘As much of a relief as it was to have her in the hospital, now there were eyes on me and I was still feeling very tense and uptight and uncertain about what was going on and what was going to happen,’ Eric said.
