Ray J Talks Respecting Women, His Return to ‘Love and Hip Hop’ and How Much Money He REALLY Made from the Kim Kardashian Sex Tape [Audio]

Ray J Kim B Scott Show

Ray J stopped by The B. Scott Show earlier this week to talk about his new single, “Brown Sugar” in addition to opening up about his future on ‘Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood’ and changing his ratchet ways.

Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood season 2 is currently underway, and Ray says that he’s working on himself so that things don’t get out of control like they did during season 1.

“I lost control, and I don’t want people to remember me from that. I’m just doing a lot of soul searching, cleaning up my situation in my own mind and then I’m back strong.”

When asked about his treatment of ex-girlfriend Teairra Mari during the show, Ray says he knows he was was ‘wrong’.

“I was wrong. I have nothing but love for [Teairra Mari]. Again, a lot of things that they see on the show — it was my first time doing this kind of show — so I just let it all out. I didn’t even care.”

As far as his relationship with Kim Kardashian and the rest of her family, Ray says

“I’ve had my times where I went crazy and I had a lot of sh*t to say. Sometimes, it was a lot for promo purposes. But, you know, I’m 34 now, and I love everybody. I just want to see everybody [succeed].”

He also disclosed a little bit about how much money he REALLY made from that Kim Kardashian sex tape:

“You know, for me, I can’t boast on it because it’s still so political, but I just always try to just smile and have a good time. You know, legally I can’t get into all that. In my younger stages, I would have a lot to say…”

It sounds like Ray J’s starting to get his life together.

See what else Ray had to say to ‘The B. Scott Show’ below (starting around the 39:15 mark).
