Michael Jackson has a 31-year-old son, at least that’s what Brandon Howard is claiming.

Brandon, who goes by B. Howard, is the son of R&B singer Miki Howard — whom Joe Jackson represented in the 80s.

Sources close to Brandon tell TMZ, Miki and MJ met in 1982 and Brandon was born soon after.

Brandon grew up in Cleveland and now lives in Miami.  He’s now a singer who goes by the name B Howard.  And he’s had some success.  We’re told he’s part of a new Akon song.

As for why B Howard is so sure he’s MJ’s son … our sources say he somehow acquired DNA from an old orthodontic device worn by Michael … it’s unclear how he got hold of it, but we’re told the test results show a match.

The results will be unveiled Thursday (today) on FilmOn.com.

Oh yeah … once the DNA results are revealed, he plans to go after the MJ Estate for money.

Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman tells TMZ, “We’ve never even heard from him,” adding, “Any deadline for claiming to be Michael’s child has long since passed.”

As they promised, the results are in and they’re saying that there’s a 99.9% chance B. Howard is Michael Jackson’s son according to an alleged DNA match.

According to the test results — obtained by Alki David and his company, FilmOn.com — Brandon Howard is almost certainly Michael’s son.  David told TMZ Live he got MJ’s dental impression from a Beverly Hills doctor that he got at an auction.  The impression is 30 years old but David says its filled with DNA.

Brandon — who now goes by B Howard and looks and acts very much like Michael — was not present for the unveiling, but David says he had Howard’s DNA and it matched up.

David would not say which labs performed the 2 DNA tests, but says both showed a clear match.

Brandon’s mom — Micki Howard — is a famous gospel singer who Michael knew.   She went by the name “Billy” back in 1982.  Interestingly … a year later Michael released “Billie Jean,” which included the lyrics, “Billie Jean’s not my lover” and “The kid is not my son.”

Watch the big results reveal below.

Meanwhile B. Howard has released a video on his Facebook page saying that he’s not responsible for any of this and that he’s NEVER said he’s Michael Jackson’s son and he’s not suing the estate…but he did submit to the DNA test.

We need to see these DNA results for ourselves. Do you believe him?

Get yall facts straight! The Facebook testament from B. Howard himself says it all. He doesn’t want anything from the MJ Estate and it’s a shame how people will jump on a news release for their own gain. The DNA of B. Howard, was acquired through a sample that he gave to an agency for another project. They took his DNA and chose to do this with it. Let’s support B. Howard and love him as he embarks on his U.S. musical career. Asia has loved him our American son unconditionally, let’s try and dito that. He will be the best musician of the 21st century. .Love you B..

My money is on Joe Jackson too. He’s a Jackson though whether it’s Michael, Tito, or Jackie. But I’m thinkin’ Papa Joe.

“Looking like Michael” isn’t necessarily proof, as poor Michael surgeried himself to pieces. If this turns out ot just be one big hoax and play on the Billy Jean song…..

If you are MJ’s son, then you ARE. And I believe YES, you DO deserve money from the estate. All those years you deserved CHILD SUPPORT for you and your mother. Plus, acknowledgement, acceptance and love from Michael of course… but that’s another story.
