As you may have heard by now, Kenya Moore is in the middle of some legal drama involving her Atlanta home.

RadarOnline.com reports that the police were called to the Roswell residence as Kenya was moving out.

As these exclusive photos reveal, five unidentified men were in the driveway as the former Miss USA ended her tenure at the property. One of the individuals had a broadcast camera in his hands, while another individual appeared to be wearing sound recording equipment. An unmarked white vehicle was in the driveway.

“There were camera crews filming Kenya’s departure for an episode of Housewives,” an onlooker told RadarOnline.com.

“The landlord called the police because Kenya should not be on the property, nor did she give permission for anyone to be filming.”

It’s the second time in 72 hours that police were called to the luxurious $3999-a-month mansion rental home where Moore had lived until a bitter spat erupted with her landlord in June.

Moore agreed to leave the home voluntarily this week after landlord Conya Dillon Weems filed papers to evict her from the home for not paying her entire May rent: $848 in alleged past late fees and utility bills, plus $4,500 in late fees and penalties.

She Tweeted Thursday, “I WON my eviction case and it was vacated! We proved I didn’t owe any late rent. Thanks for all your support! Moving on and up.”

I’m sure since it was filmed we’ll see what all went down when The Real Housewives of Atlanta returns this fall.
