Chris Brown and Drake may be more on-again, off-again than Chris and Karrueche Tran.
An inebriated Chris (he admitted to being a little gone off that Hennessy) and Tyga appeared on Hot 97 to discuss their beef with Drake, Amber Rose’s Twitter rant, Kylie Jenner, Kanye West and more.
The conversation was nearly 30 minutes long, and the two provided us with quite a few interesting quotes.
Chris Brown on Drake:
“We not gettin’ no check from talkin’ ‘bout dude. We givin’ him all this pub. […] I look at it like this: I can’t keep makin’ these mothaf*ckas famous. I’m responsible for a lot of revivin’ of careers, and I think when I keep talkin’ about somebody – even right now – I’m just makin’ him hot right now, ’cause I’m just talkin’ about him.”
Chris later took to Instagram to clarify the above statement.
Tyga on Kylie Jenner:
“I do it for myself. I speak what I feel in my heart, and if I wanna express that, I’m gonna express that at that time. If I wanna express it later in life, I’m gonna do it later. I just feel like it’s nobody’s business. If I love her and I love her as a person, that’s me. Ain’t nobody else gotta deal with that or worry about that.“
Well, alright then. Tyga has clearly run out of f*cks.
Tyga on Amber Rose defending Blac Chyna:
“They’re good friends, and she’s entitled to her opinion, just as I’m entitled to my opinion and my life. So if it’s my decision to hang around and be with Kylie, that’s my decision. I wouldn’t say nothing disrespectful to her, ’cause I got respect for Wiz, and I wouldn’t want nobody to come up here and disrespect my baby mama.”
Chris Brown on his relationship with Karrueche and trying not to cheat:
“The hardest part honestly is trying to keep a monogamous relationship, but also still wanting to be the 25-year-old sex symbol. […] Because at the end of the day, all my music appeals to my female audience. But you go to shows, [and] you might walk past Trey [Songz’s] room, or somebody room, and you might see about six or seven of them thangs. And I be like ‘Dang, I just wanna slide in there and have a couple dranks real quick. Tell my girl about it later.'”
Chris Brown jokingly on Kanye West:
“Kanye, hold us down, playa. You’re black. Shut the f*ck up.”
