Beyoncé works hard, but from the looks of her album release party held last night at Dave & Busters in NYC — she plays even harder!
Jay Z is currently overseas on tour, but Mrs. Carter was joined by some of her closest friends and collaborators including model Jessica White, stylist Ty Hunter, designer Alexander Wang, Luke James, J. Cole, and Drake.
Drake took a moment to address the crowd, saying:
“I just came out tonight to let you know congratulations to each and every one of you that worked on this shit, for real. And of course to the queen, the utmost congratulations.”
Guests and fans alike, sipped drinks from their very own Beyoncé cups, and were treated to Beyoncé (hopefully vegan) cupcakes. They even gave out light-up bows like the ones seen in the “XO” video. Of course several hits from Bey’s album played throughout the night.
