Mariah Carey decided to have a little fun this morning when she prank called her husband’s Rollin’ with Nick Cannon morning radio show on 92.3 NOW. She pretended to be “Debbie”, a long-islander with a fetish for watching porn with her lover!

In case you were wondering, Mimi’s two brand new videos for “Angels Cry” ft. Ne-Yo and “Up Out My Face” ft. Nicki Minaj are both set to premiere next Tuesday exclusively on VEVO.com. The Angels Advocate album has been pushed back to a new release date of March 23rd.

As previously posted Mariah Carey gave a rather “festive” acceptance speech after being named Breakthrough Actress for her performance in “Precious: Based on the Novel ‘Push’ by Sapphire.” Well it turns out that the organizers for the Palm Springs International Film Festival are more than thrilled about her acceptance speech which brought unprecedented media attention to the festival.

“The success of the festival and awards gala would have been unimaginable just a few years ago,” said Palm Springs International Film Society Chairman Harold Matzner who also praised his board. “Tuesday’s awards were covered – maybe not as much as the Oscars – but like the Golden Globes,” he continued to laughs. “Mariah Carey added a billion impressions for us. That would’ve been like $40 million worth of advertising. I guess we should wait a week before drinking the local water…,” he said to more laughs, referencing the pop superstar’s champagne-laced acceptance speech days earlier. [Source]

In other Mariah Carey news, her latest album, Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel has been certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on Dec. 14, 2009. The distinction marks more than 500,000 in units shipped; and is Mariah’s 15th Gold album.
