These boots are so wrong.  I’m all about innovation, and can appreciate a good shoe statement, but these boots are just plain wacky.  Stirrup pants are bad enough, but to fuse them into a perfectly good shoe is overkill.  Karl Lagerfeld is a man of fine taste (he bathes in a whole bottle of Shu Uemura’s Pleasure of Japanese Bath oil daily), so how he could have this up for Fendi is beyond me.  What do you think – hate it or love it?

During Fashion Week, it’s a given that Kanye West will be seen all over town.  He was seen at the presentation for the new Boy by Band of Outsiders Collection today.  The line makes womenswear that is inspired by menswear – tailored jackets and separates with a masculine sensibility, but still sexy.  Kanye is always down with what’s hot right now, and Boy is, no doubt, the It-brand of the moment.

As the above post stated, I had a super duper great time at Ashanti and Keyshia Cole’s birthday celebration (even though Keyshia Cole didn’t show) at Area in Beverly Hills, California on Monday. So I just wanted to get your feedback on my last minute ensemble which consisted of a plaid vest with vintage white t-shirt, black diesel jeans and Y-3 Tenji Mid Sneakers that I rocked with no makeup (just a little clear Mac lip-gloss) and pulled back long hair. Let me know whether you hate or love it!
